Creepmas day 6 and 11

Another day of Creepmas, day 6 for Smeared Ink's 12 days of Creepmas, all info is here

and  day 11 of  Rick St. Dennis MFA 13 Days of Creepmas, see for all info Airless chambers blog

the blog rolls are in the side bar

Day 6 for Smeared ink, I used one of Ikes  new digital images for this tag, hope you can see the glitter.

And now day 11 for Rick St Dennis MFA 13 days of Creepmas, another tag

can you see what I tried to do....

Not just a big Alice fan, but also Nightmare before Christmas fan....

did you recognize Jack???

and Sally??

The digi used is a RSD image Creepmas girl.
The background is distress ink and the moon is also distress, I made "eyes " with a sponge and distress ink and drew the nose , tried to make little bats for the nose. The mouth is made of branches from the trees in front of the moon, the trees are stamps(stempelwinkel)  and  I  made the branches for the mouth using a black pen.

Sally was just coloured in the Sally colours, that was enough to make her Sally (and ofcourse the jack face in the moon helps a lot)
Sometimes you have a project in your head and it just won't come out the way you had thought of it, but this one did.  Doesn't happen a lot to me  LOL, so was very happy with the result.

See you tomorrow for day 12

I will enter the NBC tag in the following challenge:

  20. Love the backgrounds you made on both of your tags. And before I read that you made the moon Jack, he was my first thought- those branches really nailed it for his mouth. Thanks for playing along with us at Poisoned Peas.
